VIDEO: CIC HEALTH PAYS TRIBUTE TO FENWAY PARK AFTER MASS VACCINATION SITE CLOSES

Fenway Park's vaccination site immunized more than 56,000 people since opening in January.
Friday afternoon, Fenway Park should once again be the home of the Boston Red Sox as the team hosts the Baltimore Orioles for Opening Day after a brief postponement due to rain.
A lucky few thousand fans will even become the first to witness a Boston home baseball game since the fall of 2019 — a sign of how far the state has come since the start of the coronavirus pandemic last year.
Fenway’s work as a mass vaccination site for the last few months played a big role in achieving that milestone, with workers administering more than 56,000 COVID-19 vaccines to eligible recipients there since opening in January.
Now, CIC Health, the Cambridge-based company that ran the site, is sharing its appreciation for the ballpark and its staff in a tribute video published Thursday.
