The 2017 Run to Home Base presented by New Balance, formerly just a 9K distance, will also have a 5K this year for the first time in the event's history. All funds raised benefit the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program. The Home Base Program is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of war for post 9/11 veterans and their families.
